A bit about us;

Parogon was founded by a group of local friends who had a passion forhospitality and wanted to bring something special to our local areas. We nowhave restaurants across Staffordshire, Cheshire, and Shropshire.

We have BIG plans for the future and a track record for internallyprogressing our people. It’s at the centre of what we do and forms a huge partof our Culture.

Our Front of House teams are one of the main pillars of our restaurantsand are the guardians of the guests experience from start to finish.

A bit about you;

Confidence and a willing to learn are key. You will also need a keen eyefor detail (our standards are super important, and you will be leading from theRestaurant Floor)

Also working as part of a big team is something you will thrive at, connectingnot only with our guests but with your colleagues as well.
