Please note: This role is based in Jersey and requires relocation. It is not a UK based position. We will fully support your move to the island.

The Role
As Sous Chef, you will:
Support the Head Chef in leading a busy, professional kitchen
Deliver high quality, seasonal dishes with consistency
Lead and motivate the brigade during service
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cost control standards

Competitive salary of £33,000 to £35,000

Experience at Junior Sous or Sous level in a high-volume kitchen
