We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals who thrive in a team environment and are looking to take their career to the next level. 

There is an opportunity available for a Sales Manager to promote this fantastic new design-led property with the emphasis on corporate sales experience across medium and long stay segments. 

The Sales Manager will be responsible for targeted acquisition and retention of new high rated business across multiple markets to grow direct revenue for The Other House (TOH). They will develop key strategic relationships in multiple sectors and must have experience calling on clients through phone and in-person sales presentations. 

The successful Sales Manager applicant will be responsible for: 

  • Sales Execution 
  • Property Sales Support 
  • Reporting and Analysis 
  • Internal Liaison and Communication 
  • Internal systems 
  • Self-development (additional courses and industry events)

What we look for in a successful Sales Manager applicant: 

·        A minimum of 3 years conceptual corporate sales experience within medium or long stay market

·        Primarily focusing on new business

·        Hospitality focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

·        Experience in direct sales of product and services in hotels and serviced apartments

·        Previous experience in telesales and appointment setting

·        Previous experience achieving revenue targets including new business generation, account management, developing strategic partnerships within defined industry sectors.

·        A fun loving energetic person who thrives in a dynamic and ever changing environment.
