The Sales Manager will be responsible for targeted acquisition and retention of new high rated business across multiple markets to grow direct revenue for The Other House (TOH). They will develop key strategic relationships in multiple sectors and must have experience calling on clients through phone and in-person sales presentations.
The successful Sales Manager applicant will be responsible for:
· A minimum of 3 years conceptual corporate sales experience within medium or long stay market
· Primarily focusing on new business
· Hospitality focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in direct sales of product and services in hotels and serviced apartments
· Previous experience in telesales and appointment setting
· Previous experience achieving revenue targets including new business generation, account management, developing strategic partnerships within defined industry sectors.
· A fun loving energetic person who thrives in a dynamic and ever changing environment.
