About The Other House
Launched in 2019, The Other House is a joint venture between partners London Central Portfolio Ltd (“LCP”) and Stichting Depositary APG Strategic Real Estate Pool (“APG”). The first location opened in South Kensington in summer2022 to great acclaim after significant investment. The Other House Covent Garden is planned to open in 2024 and The Other House Belgravia in 2025. Whilst the initial focus will be on prime central London, the venture will roll-out globally, catering for the aspirational business and leisure traveller.
The Other House forms a new sector in the accommodation space: A Residents’ Club.
Each Resident’s Club blurs the lines between hotels, serviced apartments and private rentals meaning residents can book for a day, week, month, or year. It provides residents a sense of home with beautifully designed club flats, access to hotel style services and a private club for as long as they are in town. The brand will showcase the best in British design with a focus on sustainability and smart technologies at its core. Role: E-Commerce Marketing Manager
The Other House are looking for an experienced, creative and analytical E-Commerce Marketing Manager to work within our Commercial team delivering best in industry e-marketing that will support our exciting growth plans.
Your organisational and analytical skills must be exceptional, you will have strong attention to detail with excellent standards of written and verbal English. The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines will be a key focus as well as being able to communicate effectively at all levels. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in an e-commerce marketing role, you will be energised by the idea of working in a fast-paced start up and will thrive off bringing your creativity and expertise to our team.

As the E-Commerce Manager you will be responsible for:
Website Management (Website Design and Distribution)
To manage ‘The Other House’ website at Brand and Property Level, ensuring that the website is a sales tool generating revenues across all aspects of the properties and brands whilst staying true to the brand ethos and standards.
Use the website as a communications tool for general public, trade and PR to promote the brand and USP’s of properties, establishing the differences in TOH and ‘hotels’.
Mobile App Content
Managing the content and functionality of the Mobile App.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Organic SEO and Paid Marketing (PPC)
Display Remarking
Email Marketing
Utilising Revinate (B2C) and CRM (B2B)
GDS Marketing
Management of the Global Distribution System content to ensure brand alignment ensure room type integrity with descriptions and images.. Co-ordinating with the Director of Revenue to ensure the system is updated.
Deployment of Digital Collateral
Ensuring that all photography is consistent across all channels, that it is brand aligned and demonstrates only the best on offer, assist the commercial executives with utilising correct images and content on 3rd party sites.
Support / Additional
Support the other aspects of the Marketing team and function in any way possible (including potential sales activities) where applicable to ensure a cohesive and strong team.
Essential Criteria:
· At least 3 years’ experience in an e-commerce marketing role
· Ideally at least 3 years’ experience in a luxury hospitality environment (not necessarily in e-commerce marketing) or similar business
· Understanding of Marketing Automation
· Conversion Rate Optimisation
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Excellent command of English – both verbal and written
· The right to work in UK
