Description

Job Summary:

 

· To lead and organize the restaurant team, to set and maintain standards and to strive to always keep improving standards whilst maintaining budget and gross profit.

· Responsible to operate within the policies and procedures as set out in the operating manual.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

·         3 years experience in the same or similar role in a 5 star establishment

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Previous stock control experience

·         Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook

·         Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management would be an advantage

·         Must be a team leader and excellent with staff

·         Must have the ability to manage and lead a team

 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

·         Must be well groomed, reliable, courteous and flexible

·         Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

·         Problem-solving and attention to detail

·         Charismatic

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         To ensure the guests get the highest level of food and beverage service by making contact with the guests and to check customer’s satisfaction

·         Maintain a high standard personal service with all guests

·         To take personal responsibility for any guest situations, seeing the situation through to the solution

·         To ensure that your outlet is following correct billing procedures so that all revenue is correctly allocated and recorded

·         Promoting and maximizing sales
