•
Previous restaurant experience preferred but no experience is required if you have an enthusiasm to learn and ambition to grow
•
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
•
Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
•
Multi-tasking abilities
•
Good oral communication skills
•
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment

Key Responsibilities:

Order Delivery: Rapidly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables, ensuring timely service.
•
Communication: Serve as the key contact point between front of house and back of house staff to facilitate smooth operations.
•
Food Safety: Ensure that food is served in accordance with safety standards, such as maintaining proper temperatures.
•
Order Verification: Double-check each order for accuracy before delivering it to the guest.
•
Organizational Duties: Organize and manage crockery and cutlery for the outlet and pass, ensuring everything is in place.
•
Back of House Maintenance: Keep the back of house tidy and safe at all times, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
