Position: Bartender

Job Summary:
To uphold and maintain high standards within the bar, continuously striving for improvement in all aspects of service and quality. 
To ensure compliance with the policies and procedures outlined in the operational manual, promoting efficiency and professionalism in all bar operations. 
Minimum Requirements: 
• 2 years previous experience as a Bartender • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not always required. 
• Knowledge of beverage service techniques.
 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
 • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve beverages • Ensure that the bar is well stocked • Keep the bar clean and presentable • Take stock of inventory • Maintain service levels as per SOP & RCH standards
