Beverage Manager

As Assistant Manager, you will serve to exceed each customer's expectation of fine dining experience. You will maintain standards for food, beverage, service, and atmosphere while building positive customer relations. The Assistant Manager will support the management team and assist with the execution of all company initiatives, policies and procedures in attaining budgeted goals and sales growth. As Beverage Manager you will ensure a complete beverage program through a combination of national mandates and locally sourced products with the goal of providing a high class, profitable and well-rounded selection of wine, beer and spirits.
