We're searching for a Reservations Manager to join our talented team. 

The Parakeet is a renowned Kentish Town pub serving fire-led small plates by Chef Ben Allen, named among Squaremeal’s Top 100 and the Top 50 Gastropubs. The Jazz Cafe in Camden is a world-renowned live music venue showcasing talent across hip hop, soul, jazz, and beyond, with a mezzanine restaurant offering one of London’s most unique dining experiences.

We’re looking for a Reservations Manager to oversee bookings for both venues. From private dining at The Parakeet to shows at Jazz Cafe, you’ll ensure every guest feels looked after from the first enquiry to the final farewell.

What you’ll do:

• Manage all reservations using OpenTable and Collins

• Handle guest enquiries warmly and thoughtfully

• Work closely with GMs and on-site teams to keep operations smooth

• Find opportunities to maximise covers and build lasting guest relationships

• Split time between our Camden office and the venues to stay connected

About you:

• At least 2 years’ experience with OpenTable and Collins

• Calm, guest-focused, and confident under pressure

• Strong communicator and natural organiser

• Sales-minded but always warm and genuine
