What We’re Looking For

• At least one year’s experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress in a casual-fine dining restaurant.

• Confidence in following detailed service steps, including allergen procedures, while managing a busy section.

• A strong desire to grow—many of our Head Waiters are promoted from within, supported by the Columbo Academy development programme.

What to Expect

• Competitive Pay: £12.25 per hour + tronc (total typically £14–16 phr). Paid fortnightly (wages) and monthly (tronc).
