What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Bar Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Bartender in a high-volume environment.

• Strong wine knowledge (WSET training a plus) and a genuine passion for sharing it with both guests and staff.

• A natural trainer—confident in leading tastings, mentoring bartenders, and building a knowledgeable, motivated team.

• Great product knowledge across cocktails, beer, and spirits, with a keen eye for guest experience and sales.

• Strong organisational skills, from rota management to stock control.
