What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume bar.

• Ability to balance speed and precision while delivering consistently high-quality drinks.

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a real passion for wine.

• A love for hospitality—welcoming every guest and helping turn first-timers into regulars.

• Team spirit and reliability in a busy service environment.

What to Expect

• Competitive Pay: £12.21 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £13.40 – £14.50 per hour). Paid every two weeks (wages) and monthly (tronc).
