The Head Office is based on-site, within The Pembroke and represents the department responsible for leading and supporting with administration of the club's daily duties. 

ROLE OVERVIEW

To support our operations and ensure seamless technology integration, we are seeking an experienced IT Assistant to support the management of our IT infrastructure and systems.

The IT Assistant will support the Head of IT & Systems with managing the club’s IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and efficiency. This role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions, supporting daily operations, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally to meet the needs of the club. You will work closely with the Head of IT to align IT strategies with organisational goals, manage IT projects, and support the technological needs of all departments. Your expertise will ensure that our IT infrastructure supports the club’s operations and enhances the overall member experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimisation of IT infrastructure and systems, including hardware, software, and network components.

·       Support with developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

·       Management of IT support services and 3rd party service partners.

·       Troubleshooting, resolving IT issues and providing user IT support.

·       Oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and integrations, ensuring timely and successful execution.

·       Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

·       Ensure the security of IT systems and data, including implementing measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.

·       Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

·       Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

·       Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT administration or a related field, with experience in managing IT infrastructure and systems.

·       Proven experience in overseeing IT projects and managing technology solutions.

·       Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity best practices.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

·       Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and train staff on IT systems.

·       Proficiency in IT management software and tools – MS Active Directory (AAD) / M365 / MS Intune / Apple & Android service management / managing network switches.

·       Knowledge of Hospitality / Members Clubs IT systems – CRM, HR, ePOS, Ordering systems, Event management, Finance, CMS, etc

·       Experience within a luxury environment is an advantage.
