To further elevate and enhance our operations, we are seeking an accomplished Cloak Room Attendant to contribute and deliver on the club’s success, providing exceptional experiences for our members.
As one of the first and last points of contact for members and guests, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their visit.
This position requires an individual with excellent presentation, strong organisational skills, and a warm, attentive approach to service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guests’ belongings with the utmost care and discretion while maintaining an efficient and well-organised cloakroom operation in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
You will work closely with the reception, membership, and operations teams to ensure exceptional service standards are upheld at all times.
