 We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at The Pheasant in Holt. Working a 5 day out of 7 rota in a professional hotel kitchen where crafting exceptional food experiences for our guest are the aim. Accommodation on site may be available for the successful candidate.

 Who are we looking for?

• Can work well within a team, but also with their own initiative
  
• Has experience in a fresh food good quality restaurant or hotel
• Passionate about food and culinary excellence
  
• Has drive and motivation to develop and follow a career in Hospitality
• An interest in latest food trends and creating exceptional dishes

The Pheasant is  located on the  picturesque North Norfolk coast and  operates with a bustling food and beverage offering, coupled with a busy bedroom trade. We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty and  provide a relaxing and quality environment that also celebrates the history of our magnificent buildings.
