Our pub is focused on making sure we always serve up delicious food and drink, attentive customer service and a great guest experience.

As a Supervisor, you're the face of the pub for every guest that walks through our door so we're looking for team members who enjoy working with people and are passionate about delivering the highest standard of customer service.

Your role and key responsibilities: 

  •   Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
  •    Support and supervise front-of-house and bar staff.
  •   Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.  
  •   Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.  
  •   Maintain stock levels and place orders as required.  
  •   Assist with cash handling and end-of-day banking procedures.
  •    Train and onboard new staff members.
  •   Help create a welcoming, positive environment for both staff and customers.  
  •   Step in for management as needed.
  • Opening and closing the Pub.  

You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving excellent quality food and a great range of drinks.

You'll lead the team on shift to create a friendly, buzzing atmosphere our guests will enjoy.

You'll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing law and money handling procedures.
