We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in leading the team and delivering memorable guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operational excellence with people development.

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations across the bar, restaurant, and bedrooms.

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional hospitality and uphold Cubitt House standards.

• Drive sales and profitability through smart floor management, guest engagement, and upselling.

• Manage stock, rotas, compliance, and back-of-house systems with efficiency and accuracy.

• Step up to cover the GM when needed, taking full responsibility for the site.

• Experienced in premium hospitality, with a background in high-volume restaurants, pubs, or boutique hotels.

• A natural leader who inspires confidence and brings out the best in others.

• Commercially astute with a keen eye for detail and standards.

• Passionate about food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Adaptable, energetic, and hands-on in approach.
