Key Responsibilities of a Resident Manager:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs, resolving complaints, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the hotel team to deliver exceptional service. Conduct training and development programs to ensure the team is aligned with our service standards.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational efficiency to meet financial goals.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are met and adhered to, safeguarding the well-being of both guests and staff.
• Maintain strong communication between all departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
• Oversee special events, VIP guest services, and initiatives that enhance the guest experience while always embodying our Red Carnation culture and values.
