What will my role include?

• Assist Chefs with daily food preparation

• Assist Head Chef with menu planning

• Organise and keep all areas of the kitchen tidy

• Assist with the management of health and safety

Requirements?

• Enthusiastic about their work

• British Cooking experience

• Organised

• Trained in HACCP

• Level 2 Hygiene

• Positive attitude

• Committed to food & work

• Team player

• Perfect knife skills

• The desire to challenge themselves in a busy kitchen

• Works well under pressure

• Wants to progress and develop their career

• Loyal, honest & respectful
