The Role:

As the General Manager, you will take full ownership of our vibrant venue. You’ll have the autonomy to run the site as if it were your own business, showcasing your business savvy and commercial acumen. Your leadership will be key in nurturing and developing a team that maintains our high standards of customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bold leader who takes ownership and wears their heart on their sleeve
• Ability to stay cool and collected under pressure
• A collaborative spirit; we leave egos at the door to get things done
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Manager
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Superb customer and floor service expertise
• A deep understanding of business from financials to customer satisfaction
• An entrepreneurial flair with a passion for community engagement and creating events
• A love for training, mentoring, and growing a team while having fun
• Personal License holder is a plus
