Description

We are searching for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join us on our journey.

We are obsessed with fantastic Guest experience and outstanding service and that’s why we are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and delivering unforgettable moments every time.

You will be an enthusiastic leader with the drive to inspire your team in house to deliver show stopping guest journey experiences. You will also be pro-actively building sales by thinking outside the box and brining new and innovative ideas to the table. All of this will be achieved through cover optimisation, end to end management of guest communications and continuous guest care and attention.

The Guest Experience Coordinater will handle all guest enquiries so being a self-starter with standout time management skills will be an important part of your day to day.  

The important bits;

(The key responsibilities)

·         Full management and co-ordination of all guest bookings from enquiry through to execution.

·         Clear communication and coordination with your team to ensure each guests experience is consistent and effortless.

·         Preparation of all relevant additional items requested by the guests  (i.e special occasion cards/ pre purchased upsells)

·         Relationship building and management throughout the guest journey. From welcoming, check ins to final goodbyes.

·         Providing leadership & guidance for your team to ensure excellent guest experience delivery throughout.

·         Strategizing new ways of working to maximize revenue generation whilst enhancing the guests overall experience.

·         Providing daily to weekly updates/ reporting on sites bookings and sales.

·         Full ownership & responsibility of your restaurant space(s).

·         Attention to detail is important to us and you will need a sharp eye to ensure your venue is always set and ready
