POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team at The Ritz London as a Rooms Division Coordinator within the Rooms Division and Front Office Department.

In this pivotal role, you will support the smooth operation and coordination between the Front Office, Housekeeping, and other key departments, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained across the rooms division. You will be responsible for managing administrative task and facilitating effective communication to optimise guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

As a Rooms Division Coordinator, your organizational skills, commitment to excellence, and ability to anticipate operational needs will be essential in delivering the refined service The Ritz is known for.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a Rooms Division role within a luxury hotel environment desirable
  • Strong administrative skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
