POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Housekeeping Department as an Evening Room Attendant.

Our Evening Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that complete turndown service is provided, including removing and rewashing linens, refreshing guest rooms, and replenishing guest supplies and amenities. Additional responsibilities include cleaning corridors, stairs, and the rotunda to the required standard and keeping the Floor Housekeeper fully informed of any matters of significance.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills, with an eye for fine details
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have the ability to prioritise
  • Good command of the English language
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
