POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Housekeeping Department as a Cloakroom Attendant. 

Our Cloakroom attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the Cloakroom and public area spaces to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities for this role include preserving the high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the ladies and gentleman's toilets and cloakroom areas. ; ensuring the replenishment of face clothes and towels within the cloakrooms; and to greet and offer assistance in a polite friendly and appropriate manner. You should be dedicated to excellence and ensuring our guests experience the highest levels of quality and service during their stay. 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in a 5* property is essential
• Excellent customer service
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
