Located between the bustling Piccadilly and the calm oasis of Green Park, The Ritz London hotel offers the height of opulence with luxurious bedrooms, Michelin star dining and world-renowned Afternoon Tea. We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Palm Court as an Afternoon Tea Commis Waiter or Waitress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Palm Court team is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our Afternoon Tea service, including preparing for the service, delivering each course with the Chef De Rang, preparing mise en place, and collecting any items needed from the kitchen, all while ensuring all The Ritz London standards are reached while assisting our clients. This role runs on a unique 4 days on, 3 days off schedule, with every shift taking place from 10:00AM – 10:00PM.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Ability to display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
