THE RITZ LONDON OVERVIEW


Conceived by famous hotelier César Ritz in May 1906, with the aim of becoming the ultimate destination for guests looking to stay at the most luxurious hotel in the land, no expense was spared on its opulent interiors and lavish furnishings.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Reservations department as Dining Reservations Agent.


 RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The successful candidate will be committed to accurately managing all Dining Reservation enquiries for The Restaurant, The Palm Court and The Rivoli Bar on a daily basis primarily via telephone and e-mail, to complete administrational tasks and communicate effectively with all departments in the hotel, responsibilities also include:

  • To ensure that all phone, fax and e-mail reservation enquiries and correspondence are actioned in accordance with the Ritz Hotel standards.
  • Handling of large volume of calls on a daily basis, with consistent enthusiasm and dedication to each call
  • Answer all phone calls for Afternoon Tea and all other F&B outlets according to LQA, Mystery call and Leading Hotels of The World standards
  • Stay up to date with all F&B products and services
  • Liaise closely with all F&B outlets, ensuring that all guest requirements and preferences are communicated thoroughly 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
