POSITION OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Reservations Department as a Dining Reservations Agent for a 1-Year maternity cover. This role is for a self-motivated, confident, and personable individual with exceptional attention to detail. This role involves working collaboratively with a team to ensure all food and beverage reservation enquiries are responded to accurately, and promptly, whilst proactively monitoring upcoming bookings and ensuring all guest requirements are met.
