POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Rivoli Bar & Lounge as a Bar Waiter/ Waitress. 

You must be passionate in delivering service excellence - this role requires you to provide a warm and friendly service and to look after all food and beverage service for our guests enjoying their experience in the Rivoli Bar. As a Bar and Lounge Waiter/ Waitress, you must be fully conversant with all of our menus within the Rivoli Bar and be knowledgeable of all other Food & Beverage and Hotel Outlets. This role also covers a section of the floor in the gallery.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Luxury hotel bar or luxury bar experience is essential
• Good administrative skills
• General product knowledge in drinks and spirits
• Excellent customer service skills
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
