We’re a lively, much-loved New Cross pub — the kind of place people come to for everything from lazy afternoons in our buzzing beer garden to big catch-ups, Sunday roasts with all the trimmings, or cocktails that turn into late nights. Inside, it’s warm, welcoming, and full of character, with spaces perfect for everything from casual drinks to private parties.

In our kitchen, we keep things fresh — literally. We work with fantastic suppliers to create a seasonal, ever-evolving menu. Think mouth-watering roasts, stone-fired pizzas, and pub classics with a twist. This is where you come in.

• Loves working with fresh, quality ingredients

• Enjoys leading, inspiring, and developing a team

• Wants the freedom to bring their own creativity to the menu

You Are:

• An enthusiastic, dynamic and qualified Head Chef who is ready for a new challenge.
• Able to demonstrate your experience of working with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus.
• Able to demonstrate experience of working in a professional kitchen showing a clear understanding of Health and Safety.
• Able to show a proven track record of managing the kitchen and controlling stock and GP.
• Someone with a background of dealing with high volume.
• Able to show technical skill and attention to detail
• Able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Confident in your communication skills and ability to lead and motivate their teams.
