- You will receive an equal & fair share of the service charge, which is paid monthly. This currently averages an additional £3.80-£4.20 per hour (calculated March-April 2023).

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can run a front-of-house shift and oversee the FOH team. You will have a passion for people and customer service, but more importantly, you want to be part of a team. You will be involved with ordering, deliveries, stock control, team development, and ensuring health and hygiene regulations are adhered to. You will be responsible for FOH in the absence of the General Manager and Deputy General Manager. As an Assistant Manager you will have a ‘can do’ attitude and a real passion for people.The Royal Oak is a thriving pub/restaurant with a wealth of history, situated on the gorgeous green in Barrington 5 miles from Central Cambridge.
