In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service across a range of offerings including fine dining, breakfast, afternoon tea, bar service, room service, private dining, and events. This position will be reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager.
Location: The Rubens At the Palace Hotel
Working pattern: full time / 5 days on 2 days off
Salary: Competitive
