Our two-year mentorship programme provides structured training, operational experience and leadership development to prepare you to run your own store.

• Progress through a structured development programme working in many different roles
• Learn how to run a high-performing restaurant
• Lead and train team members
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Work across multiple Salad Project locations

• Passion for hospitality and healthy food
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to commit to the 24-month programme
• Flexibility to work 45 hours per week

• Salary progression from £28,000 to £37,500
• £500 bonus every 6 months
• 30 days holiday (includes bank holidays)
• 2 weeks working in Head Office
