Role | Kitchen Supervisor
Up to 45 hours per week
We’re looking for Senior Cooks to work under our Kitchen Managers
To lead key service shifts (Lunch: 7-5pm or Dinner: 12-10pm)
To help manage our team of Cooks
To implement & improve kitchen processes
To monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service in order to maintain our 5* hygiene rating
To report to, pass on feedback from, and support a Kitchen Manager
Expectations | Efficiency, Communication, Energy
Strong proficiency in efficient, quality food prep
Ability to manage a small team through service hours
Leadership and communication skills
To effectively report and communicate information to the Kitchen manager
Positive energy and dedication to the team
Respectful and conscious when it comes to punctuality and scheduling
Experience Requirements | 1 Year
Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen/casual dining restaurant
Previous cooking experience, including manning a combo oven, is a must
Team leadership experience
Compensation | £14 per hour
