The Salad Project mentorship programme is a two year structured programme. From starting as a Front of House (FOH) Team Member to ultimately leading your own Salad Project store, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training, development opportunities and mentorship from Clem, our Culinary Director
Key responsibilities:
Participate in a structured career development plan, progressing from FOH team member to General Manager over the two year programme.
Collaborate with founders and management teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold SP standards.
Desire to have a career in hospitality and embrace a ‘can do’ attitude. Passion for hospitality and healthy eating.
Work closely with our experienced team and management to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Contribute to the success of The Salad Project by embodying our values and standards
Programme highlights
Competitive salary starting at £26,000 per year and increasing to £37,000 per year over the 24 months
£500 bonus for completing each stage of the programme
Performance based bonuses and referral incentives

Ongoing mentorship and 2 weeks in head office alongside co founders

Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work full time - 45 hours per week and flexible with shifts
Must be able to commit to 24 month programme
Proactive and positive attitude
Proficiency in English language
