Role | Back of House Team Member Hybrid (With FOH Roles)
20 hours per week
Prepare fresh produce and assist in making salads and other menu items.
Support senior chefs with prepping, cooking, and daily deliveries of fresh food.
Assist in opening or closing the kitchen as required.
Ensure sufficient hot and cold food is ready for key service periods.
Create and package Click & Collect and Delivery orders.
Carry out basic food preparation, organisation, and mise-en-place of the bar before shifts.
Clean the bar/restaurant at the end of shifts while continuously maintaining 5* hygiene standards.
Follow hygiene regulations and best practices to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Report to and support the Kitchen Manager, passing on feedback when needed.
Be an “Sp” Champion—acting as the face of the brand in daily operations.fast-paced

Experience Requirements | 1 Year
Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen/casual dining restaurant
Experience/readiness to work in a fast-paced environment
