Job Title: Kaspar's Restaurant Supervisor

Job Description:
• To take responsibility for the restaurant during the shift (and in the absence of Kaspar’s Manager), allocating team members their duties and monitoring the smooth running of both venues for the breakfast shift
• Support HoD to the drive of the team to reach set KPIs at a luxury five star level (eg. Forbes, LQA, Accor benchmark scores for breakfast, Peakon)
• Assist in implementation of the Kaspar’s strategy
• Support with additional responsibilities within the outlet outside of the shift; such as schedules, incentives for sales, training, monitoring consistency of service standards etc
• In the absence of the HoD and Assistant Manager to assist with the compilation rotas for the department / shift to allow for adequate shift coverage
• To be responsible for the replenishment and control the charging and stock holding in line with budget and forecast dictated by the HoD
• To ensure that the standards of service are adhered to and exceeded on each and every shift.
• Attend to all guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs and to remain in the restaurant at all times during service
• Supervise the provision of all crockery, cutlery, detergents and kitchenware in line with forecast and budget
• Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the activities of colleagues in dining area
