Description
As a Savoy Tea Shop Assistant you will be entering a world of luxury retail and delicious delicacies.

From the finest chocolates to the most diverse teas, and from fine china to cuddly teddy bears, the Savoy Tea Shop allows our guests to enhance their Savoy experience by indulging in gifts to share with others or to keep as a memento of their London visit.

The responsibilities of the Shop Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming each and every guest with a warm and friendly smile, attending to their requests
- Maintaining the image of the shop focusing on retail and pastry displays, cleanliness, and organisation
- Managing high volumes of online orders
- Supporting other departments in the hotel by packaging amenities and providing gifting options
- Continuously maintaining an organised and stocked store room, placing direct orders with suppliers and working closely with our procurement teams
- Taking ownership of the value of items within the shop, maximising profits, and maintaining responsibility of the cash drawer
- Reporting to the Food & Beverage Executive
- Working together as a team maintaining a positive environment and ensuring detailed daily communication
