Your Role:
As a Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, delicious dishes that keep our guests coming back. Whether it’s a busy summer brunch, a casual lunch or a relaxed evening dinner service, you’ll help ensure every plate leaves the kitchen just right.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard

• Work alongside the Head Chef and kitchen team

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation

• Keep calm under pressure during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen

• Passion for fresh, local ingredients

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude

• Food hygiene and safety knowledge
