Annual salary circa £33,000 (based on a 48-hour week)
Performance-based bonus of up to 10% (£3,300), tied to achievable and meaningful KPIs
Service charge averaging around £7,000 per year
Total potential package: approximately £43,300 per annum
Your Role
As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Head Chef to lead the day-to-day operations and uphold our high standards across the board. You'll be a role model, motivator, and key driver of team performance, playing a vital part in the continued success of the restaurant.
