As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience. You will manage reservations, seating arrangements, and support overall front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Be an agent of hospitality by seeking every opportunity to help guests have a positive experience.
Greet guests warmly, smile, make eye contact, and maintain a welcoming presence.
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements using OpenTable and other tools.
Collect, organize, update, and manage menus.
Stock the host stand with appropriate supplies.
Seat guests at suitable tables or in waiting areas and remove extra place settings.
Manage the waitlist during busy periods and communicate accurate seating times effectively.
Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Communicate with management to address guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a calm and professional manner.
Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the host stand and lobby area.
