We are looking for a DISHWARE POLISHER to join our team as we continue our quest to Change the World Through the Power of Food! If you are  one of the areas most talented  passionate hospitality professionals come help bring the stories of José Andrés and ThinkFoodGroup to life!  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Glassware Polisher to ensure our glassware is spotless, pristine, and presentation-ready. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the restaurant’s high service standards and supporting our front-of-house team.

What we would like from you:

  • Polish glassware to a spotless, streak-free shine. 
  •  Inspect glassware for chips, cracks, or imperfections before service. 
  •  Ensure proper storage and handling of all glassware. 
  •  Assist in restocking glassware at service stations and bars. 
  •  Work closely with servers, bartenders, and the dishwashing team to maintain smooth operations. 
  •  Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Abilities & Working Conditions

  • This position will spend 100% of the time standing or walking.
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
  • Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
  • May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
  • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
  • Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests and employees.
  • Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
  • Required to work nights, holidays and weekends.
