Friendly & Responsible Daytime Bartender - Hourly Wage
RESPONSIBILITIES OF (AM Bartender):
• Engage customers with friendly conversation but most importantly be a good listener
• Pouring beers & creating unique cocktails
• Promote daily specials & up-sell resulting in increased revenue
• Heat meat pies upon request for patrons looking for a snack
• Keep bar clean and tidy
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS OF (AM BARTENDER):
• Legal documentation available to demonstrate proof of ability to work in the US
• 2+ years of experience
• Food handlers license
• Tips certified is a plus
SKILLS AND QUALITIES OF (AM BARTENDER):
• Reliable and available to work shifts during the week and weekend (set schedule will be provided)
• Basic bartender knowledge (mixed drinks & cocktails making), tapping a keg, differences between various beers & liquor
• Outgoing & friendly, comfortable talking to regulars and making new patrons feel welcome & encouraged to come back
• Self-starter & willing to bring new ideas and suggestions to improve the patron experience
• Team player who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to keep the bar running smoothly
