A Day in the Life:

As a Food Runner/Expo, you’ll play a vital role in creating seamless and memorable dining experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the connection between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring food is delivered promptly and correctly.
• Delivering food to guests with attention to presentation, special requests, and accuracy.
• Keeping tables clean and ready by removing used dishes and resetting them for the next guests.
• Helping maintain organization at the expo station, ensuring every plate looks perfect before heading to the table.
• Maintaining health and safety regulations throughout all kitchen and dining areas.
• Communicating guest needs to servers and kitchen staff (such as special requests or additional orders).
• Working quickly and efficiently while staying positive and guest-focused.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have a valid food handler’s card (or be able to obtain one before starting).
• A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
• Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented with a passion for great hospitality.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
