Who We Are
The modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept is the first of its kind, originally launched in Phoenix. Brought to life by the award-winning team behind Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore. Now, we’re bringing our bold Italian flavors and scratch kitchen experience to Nashville, Tennessee – and we’re building a leadership team to match.


What We're Looking For
We’re searching for a dynamic and passionate General Manager to lead operations at our brand-new Nashville location. You’ll be the face of the restaurant and the cornerstone of our guest and team experience. This role requires high energy, a love for hospitality, and a proven track record of leadership in high-volume, full-service environments.


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $80,000
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $19,500 annually
  • Health Insurance and Benefits Package
  • PTO
  • Growth opportunities with one of the fastest-growing hospitality groups in the region

Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Experience managing P&L, labor, COGS, and guest experience metrics
  • Passion for people, hospitality, and Italian food culture

A Day in the Life
As General Manager, you'll inspire and lead a team to deliver outstanding service and culinary excellence. You’ll drive sales, develop leaders, and ensure The Sicilian Butcher in Nashville becomes a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the daily operation of both Front of House and Back of House
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve service issues swiftly
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, labor, and inventory
  • Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met
  • Drive team morale and create a culture of accountability and hospitality
  • Work closely with regional leadership to launch a successful store opening
  • Promote and uphold the values and brand standards of The Sicilian Butcher
