As we expand into new markets, we are seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager (AGM) ready to take the next step. This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic leader looking to grow quickly within a thriving, fast-paced brand.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience

  • A leader who thrives in high-pressure environments and elevates their team

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive performance and manage costs

  • Guest-obsessed mindset with an unwavering commitment to hospitality

  • Clear and confident communicator with exceptional coaching and team-building skills

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED required; hospitality coursework or degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management systems


A Day in The Life
As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and lead the team in providing an unforgettable dining experience. You’ll take ownership of daily service execution, team development, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all front- and back-of-house operations

  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to reach their highest potential

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues quickly and effectively

  • Maintain labor and cost controls in line with company standards

  • Drive sales and support local marketing initiatives

  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks

  • Uphold health and safety compliance across the restaurant

  • Lead by example and embody The Sicilian Butcher’s culture of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence
