Who We Are
The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual, meatball and butchery-inspired concept—chef-driven and rooted in Italian tradition. Created by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and the team behind Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, The Sicilian Butcher blends scratch-made cuisine with craft cocktails and warm, elevated hospitality. We are excited to bring our award-winning concept to Nashville, Tennessee and are looking for passionate hospitality leaders to join our team.
What We’re Looking For
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
3 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
Current food handler’s card or ability to obtain one
Positive attitude, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Strong guest-first focus and a willingness to go above and beyond
A Day in The Life
As an Assistant Manager at The Sicilian Butcher, you'll help lead both front- and back-of-house operations while upholding our high standards for food, hospitality, and cleanliness. You'll be a key partner to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing team performance, delivering a world-class guest experience, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of daily operations across FOH and BOH
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere
Drive sales growth, guest satisfaction, and hospitality culture
Monitor service speed, accuracy, and overall guest experience
Manage customer service standards and online reputation
Ensure food and beverage quality meets brand expectations
Assist with employee scheduling, ordering, and inventory
Attend and contribute to weekly leadership meetings
Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures
Support hiring, training, and team development initiatives
Perform other duties as required by upper management
