Who We Are
The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual, meatball and butchery-inspired concept—chef-driven and rooted in Italian tradition. Created by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and the team behind Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, The Sicilian Butcher blends scratch-made cuisine with craft cocktails and warm, elevated hospitality. What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 3 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience

  • Current food handler’s card or ability to obtain one

  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Suite

  • Strong guest-first focus and a willingness to go above and beyond


A Day in The Life

As an Assistant Manager at The Sicilian Butcher, you'll help lead both front- and back-of-house operations while upholding our high standards for food, hospitality, and cleanliness. You'll be a key partner to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing team performance, delivering a world-class guest experience, and ensuring operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of daily operations across FOH and BOH

  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere

  • Drive sales growth, guest satisfaction, and hospitality culture

  • Monitor service speed, accuracy, and overall guest experience

  • Manage customer service standards and online reputation

  • Ensure food and beverage quality meets brand expectations

  • Assist with employee scheduling, ordering, and inventory

  • Attend and contribute to weekly leadership meetings

  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures

  • Support hiring, training, and team development initiatives

  • Perform other duties as required by upper management
