What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 3 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience

  • Current food handler’s card or ability to obtain one

  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and team-oriented mentality

  • Basic experience with Microsoft Suite

  • Willingness to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction


A Day in The Life
As an Assistant Manager at The Sicilian Butcher, you’ll help lead both front- and back-of-house operations while upholding our high standards for food, hospitality, and cleanliness. You’ll support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in team leadership, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of daily operations across FOH and BOH

  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization

  • Drive same-store sales growth and guest satisfaction

  • Monitor service speed and transaction times

  • Oversee customer service and online review reputation

  • Ensure food is prepared to Sicilian Butcher standards

  • Attend weekly leadership meetings

  • Assist in scheduling, ordering, inventory, and reporting tasks

  • Uphold brand culture and company policies

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Perform other duties as required by upper management
