Created by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and the team behind Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant unlike any other.

We’re excited to bring this experience to Nashville and are looking for highly experienced and passionate Servers to help us deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale or high-volume full-service restaurant.

• Passionate about hospitality with a "yes first" attitude and a strong team mindset.

• Energetic, polished, and professional, you love creating memorable moments.

• Must be 18+ years of age.

• Deep knowledge of food, wine, and spirits—or the drive to learn quickly.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic service protocols.

What You'll Do

• Deliver genuine, Italian-style hospitality with confidence, energy, and warmth.

• Master our menu and drink offerings to guide guests through their experience.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders with attention to detail.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared station.

• Proactively handle guest concerns or requests with grace and professionalism.

• Partner with support staff (bussers, food runners, bar) to ensure seamless service.
