Be the Backbone of Service at Our New Flagship Location

The Sicilian Butcher, created by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and the team behind Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, is a modern-casual Italian restaurant known for scratch-made pastas, craft meatballs, and elevated hospitality. We're bringing our signature experience to Nashville and looking for detail-oriented, fast-paced, and team-driven Expo/Food Runners to join our opening team.


What We’re Looking For

  • Must have a current food handler card or be able to obtain one.

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

  • Must be punctual, positive, and a collaborative team player.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to ensure guests receive timely, accurate service.


What You’ll Do

  • Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house.

  • Double-check that all orders are complete, plated correctly, and served at the proper temperature.

  • Deliver food quickly and professionally to guest tables with confidence and hospitality.

  • Manage ticket priority and pace to match dining room flow.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the expo line and service stations.

  • Communicate dietary needs or special requests to the kitchen.

  • Support table resets, guest requests, and overall team needs during service.
