The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual, meatball and butchery-inspired Italian restaurant created by visionary celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and the team behind Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Sicilian Baker, and The Mexicano. Known for scratch-made pastas, craft meatballs, and genuine Italian hospitality, we’re expanding into San Antonio with our newest location — and we’re looking for a high-performing General Manager to lead the charge.
What We Offer
Competitive Base Salary range of $85,000 - $100,000
Bonus compensation of up to $42,000 annually

5+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
A hands-on leader who leads by example and cultivates a positive, high-performance team environment
As General Manager, you are the cornerstone of the restaurant’s culture, operations, and guest experience. You will build and lead a team dedicated to delivering excellence on every plate and every interaction.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Oversee all restaurant operations (FOH and BOH) with an eye on service quality and efficiency
Drive guest satisfaction by modeling and enforcing outstanding hospitality
Proactively respond to guest concerns and resolve issues
Supervise and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and mentorship
Monitor compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and labor standards
Ensure proper ordering, inventory, food rotation, and cleanliness systems are followed
Partner with the Regional Operations Manager to drive financial performance and meet operational goals
Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of all team members
Ensure adherence to all company policies and standards, including The Sicilian Butcher brand values
Send regular operational updates and performance summaries to upper leadership
