Known for our scratch-made pastas, craft meatballs, and warm Italian hospitality, we’re expanding into San Antonio, Texas and seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to help lead our newest location.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certifications are a plus
Current food handler’s card or ability to obtain one
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and operational controls
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office / POS systems
Guest-first mentality with a willingness to go above and beyond
Your Role
As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and inspire your team, and ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional Sicilian Butcher experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain exceptional food, beverage, and hospitality standards
Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and sales growth
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development
Oversee inventory and ordering processes
Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Represent and uphold The Sicilian Butcher brand culture and values
